These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the official Plot of the Druid online store, operated by Adventure4Life Studios.

By placing an order through the store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

Products

The store offers official Plot of the Druid merchandise, including:

• Pins

• Electronic pins

• T-shirts

• Mugs

• Mouse pads

• Figurines

• Limited Collector’s Edition

• Limited Deluxe Edition

Product images and 3D simulations are provided for illustration purposes. Minor differences in color, appearance, packaging, materials, or other details may occur between the images displayed on the website and the final product.

All products are subject to availability. Products that are out of stock may be marked as Not Available.

 

Prices & Minimum Order

All prices displayed in the store are in USD, unless otherwise stated.

The minimum merchandise purchase is $30 USD, excluding shipping charges.

Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout according to the shipping destination.

 

Payment

Payment can be made using PayPal or an available credit/debit card payment method.

Payments are processed securely through the relevant payment provider.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment.

After payment is completed, an order confirmation will be sent automatically to the email address provided during checkout.

 

Pre-Orders

Certain products, including the Limited Collector’s Edition and Limited Deluxe Edition, may be offered as pre-orders.

Pre-order items are not available for immediate shipment.

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, these items will ship when the full version of Plot of the Druid is ready for release.

Customers will receive an email notification when their pre-order is ready to ship.

Release dates and estimated shipping dates may change due to game development, production, manufacturing, shipping, or other circumstances.

If an order contains both available products and pre-order products, the order may be shipped together when the pre-order products become available unless otherwise stated during checkout.

 

Shipping

We ship to supported destinations in Israel and the Rest of the World.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on one of two shipping zones:

• Israel

• Rest of the World

For products currently in stock, the estimated shipping time is up to 14 business days, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.

The estimated shipping time does not apply to pre-order products. Pre-orders will ship according to their stated availability.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal services, customs, holidays, local conditions, or circumstances outside our control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

 

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation, return, and refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Products should be returned in their original condition where required and applicable.

Certain customized, personalized, digital, or other legally exempt products may not be eligible for return.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order information and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

 

Pre-Order Cancellations

Requests to cancel a pre-order before shipment will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws and the cancellation terms presented at the time of purchase.

Once a pre-order has entered production or has been shipped, different cancellation or return conditions may apply where permitted by law.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address are complete and correct before completing an order.

If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete shipping information was provided, additional shipping charges may apply where permitted by law.

 

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit product quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable.

If we are unable to fulfill an order or item that has already been paid for, the affected item or order will be refunded as appropriate.

 

Intellectual Property

Plot of the Druid, its characters, artwork, logos, designs, names, and related materials are the intellectual property of Adventure4Life Studios and/or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing merchandise does not grant the purchaser any right to reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or otherwise use this intellectual property.

 

Supporting the Indie Game

Your purchase directly supports the continued development of Plot of the Druid.

Revenue generated through merchandise sales may be used to help fund the development and completion of the full game.

A merchandise purchase is a purchase of the selected product and should not be considered an investment, donation, crowdfunding contribution, or guarantee regarding the development schedule or release date of the game.

 

Privacy

Personal information provided during checkout may be used to process payments, fulfill and ship orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and communicate information related to your purchase.

Payment information is handled by the relevant payment provider and is subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The Terms & Conditions applicable to an order will generally be those presented at the time the order was placed, subject to applicable law.
